Dr. Michael Bischof

Dr. Michael G. Bischof (M.Div., D.Min.) is Founder, President, and Senior Consultant.

Michael uses his experience incarnationally through coaching, consulting, teaching, training, and writing. He addresses a variety of topics on formation from a holistic perspective – spiritual, emotional, relational, mental, physical, & missional. His passion is self-awareness and integration of all the dimensions of the person and how this impacts leadership.

While currently living in Arizona, Michael was born and raised in California and spent over 30 years pastoring and leading in eight churches and three para-church organizations. He has also been Affiliate Assistant Professor of Christian Spirituality and Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary, Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific Seminary and Adjunct Professor at The Master's Institute.

He is married to Darlene and has two grown children. His hobbies are reading, travel, snowboarding, and cycling.
