Darlene is co-founder of SOULeader Resources and has a passion for serving others through hospitality, listening, and resourcing. A pastor’s wife for over 30 years, she now uses that experience to mentor pastor’s wives and women in ministry in both individual and support group settings.
Her experience in youth ministry, small group leadership, organic churches, and as a pastor of outreach provides wisdom for coming alongside women in ministry.
She is a certified spiritual director, the mother of two grown children, and loves hiking, travelling, and the beach.
