As a strategist and coach, Bruce loves helping pastors, churches, business leaders, and businesses go where they need to go.
Bruce planted and developed a church from scratch for 18 years in the Baltimore-Washington-DC area. He’s also spent 4 years in a rapidly growing mega-church in Las Vegas, helping them to rethink their systems for spiritual formation and leadership development.
Now serving on the leadership team of SOULeader, and as the Vice President of Church Strengthening for Converge Worldwide and their 1400 churches, Bruce travels all over the country to help pastors and churches think through holistic development of leaders and what healthy effective ministry looks like in their local context, staying true to their values while adapting to the ever-changing culture.
Bruce has received certification as a StrapOp facilitator for businesses and non-profits as well as numerous other strategic planning modalities. Bruce and Terri have been married for over thirty years and have two adult children.
