Michael is Founder and President of SOULeader Resources, and uses his experience incarnationally through coaching, consulting, teaching, training, and writing. His passion is integration of all the dimensions of the person and how this impacts leadership. Michael spent over 30 years pastoring and leading in eight churches and three para-church organizations. He is also an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Christian Spirituality & Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary and Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University. He has been married to Darlene for 37 years and has two grown children. The Bischofs live in Foothill Ranch, CA.

Nicole is a disciple of Christ who is led by curiosity and creativity. As the wife of a pastor, mother to three school-aged children, and an elementary reading specialist in the public school system, she is connected to her local community and committed to modeling and encouraging discipleship and spiritual formation in many relational contexts. Nicole is an avid reader and writer, enjoys a variety of handcrafts, and spending time in nature. They live in Huntington Beach, CA.

In 2002, Kevin and his friends started Solidarity, a faith-based non-profit that walks with Latino immigrant families from under-resourced neighborhoods in Fullerton, CA. As a founding member of Solidarity, Kev experienced the organization transform from a grassroots community of friends trying to "do good," into a million dollar non-profit organization. In 2018, he stepped into the role of Executive Director and is moving the organization to develop neighborhood leaders to affect equity within the city. Through his time at Solidarity, Kev has come to realize what a true gift his neighborhoods, the Latino culture, and the immigrant's experience are to his own spiritual growth. He credits the neighborhood to widening his capacity to love, to cherish his own ethnic culture, expanding his inclusivity, and to start to grasp a more dignifying understanding of God's Kingdom. Kevin is married to Crystal, has two children, and lives in Fullerton, CA.

Paul is the CFO of SOULeader, and has spent over twenty years in management positions in the aerospace industry and is currently Vice President of his company. He has an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Organization from the USC Marshall School of Business and has served in numerous servant and leadership roles in church and other non-profit organizations. Paul has successfully completed three Ironman competitions. He is married to Ashley, has three boys, and lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

John is a bi-vocational minister who has served as a teaching pastor, young adult pastor and leader of short-term missions, while at the same time practicing law with a focus on software, technology and entrepreneurial companies. John taught as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University School of Law for 17 years and in the MBA program at Azusa Pacific University for 10 years. He is married to Lina and they have one daughter, Christine, who is in elementary school. They live in Azusa, CA.
