Rex is Executive Director of Transformational Communities at The Chapel, a multi-site church in the Chicago area. After time as a marriage and family therapist, Rex spent twelve years on staff at Willow Creek Community Church, and was also Pastor of Adult Discipleship at Calvary Community Church in Westlake Village. The Minors have three grown children and live in Illinois.
Martin is the president of Primary Advisors and has been a financial planner for the past 15 years. He has helped to plant two churches and is a lay-leader in his church. He is married to Debbie, has three children, and lives in Las Flores, CA.
Larry has served in many roles of church leadership and is currently Executive Director for the Modglin Family Foundation. Larry is married to Joyce, has one son, and lives in Huntington Beach, CA.
After spending time as a writer and editor, Don helped to plant several churches and pastored for almost 15 years. Don is married to Carolyn, has three children, and lives in San Diego, CA.
Michael is the Founder and Executive Director of SOULeader Resources and has been in ministry for over 20 years. He is married to Darlene, has two children, and lives in Foothill Ranch, CA.
